My stay at this hotel was a mix of pleasant surprises and a few letdowns. The rooms were quite spacious and well-appointed with a full marble bath, although the AC wasn't working during my visit. The internet access provided via a laptop was a nice touch, but the dining options were just average. The service, especially the shuttle to Malpensa Airport, was outstanding, making up for the somewhat remote location.
